About SERQueer

The name SERQueer was created by SERC alumni in 2018. The initial objective of SERQueer was “a community space for queer students working on environmental sustainability & justice.” While remaining true to our initial objective, SERQueer’s mission also includes hosting meetings and events, scholarship opportunities and fostering a QT (queer/trans) community for those invested in the wellbeing of the planet and its inhabitants!
