Brief overview of SERC
SERC is the environmental hub on campus, providing resources and support to the environmental community at Cal. We lead membership teams, zero waste initiatives, teach DeCals, and more. SERC cultivates a collaborative space to strengthen the collective effectiveness of the sustainability community, and provides resources for students to actualize their visions of a more equitable, socially just, and resilient future.

About the SERC Hiring process:
SERC will be recruiting for the 2026-2027 academic year in two phases. Phase 1 recruitment applications will be open from February 23- March 8. Phase 2 recruitment applications will be open from early May to mid-June. Learn more about our open positions here.
