Louis is a sustainability and climate consultant with over a decade of experience leading sustainability, emissions reduction, and climate resilience projects for cities, counties, states, and public agencies across the country. Louis graduated from Cal in 2014 with a B.S. in Society & Environment and a Public Policy Minor. Louis was involved in SERC’s earliest years, helping form SERC’s mission and values and building relationships with campus groups as SERC’s Internal Director in 2013-14. As a consultant, Louis has delivered community-driven sustainability and climate strategic plans for various jurisdictions and has helped large public transit agencies to reduce their GHG and pollutant emissions. Louis’ approach to his work is to deliver plans and programs informed by meaningful community and stakeholder engagement. He also leads project teams with a focus on professional development and individual growth. Louis resides in Seattle, Washington with his wife, Ana, and their loving dog, Tacio.
