DeTrash Berkeley was created in the summer of 2022 when a bunch of students got together to tackle the problem of litter around UC Berkeley. As a community that champions eco-consciousness, we believe that Berkeley students should strive to protect the environment and combat litter. We do this by hosting weekly street cleanups and spreading awareness of the trash pollution problem prevalent everywhere around us.
