Beyonce has gained so many perks from being vegan that it has prompted her to tell her fans to do the same. She took to Instagram to announce that she was offering the opportunity for fans to win free tickets for life if they went vegan, which is sponsored by The Greenprint Project. Being vegan will ultimately allow fans to boost their metabolism and adopt healthier eating habits, while reducing one’s carbon footprint on earth. However, it’s worth pointing out that, it takes a while for one to change their lifestyle and that it takes 21 days typically to break one’s habit. Therefore, one does not have to automatically adapt veganism. Changes can be gradual, as one is able to indulge in some carbs, gradually up their water intake, start out with exercising 30 minutes a day, and by adhering to a three meal routine. If Beyonce can do it, so can you!
Beyonce, along with her husband Jay Z, has issued a newfound commitment to being vegan as she is preparing and getting in shape for Coachella. The couple has affirmed such commitment countless times, as shown by their intro featured in trainer, Marco Borges’s book, “The Greenprint: Plant-Based Diet, Best Body, Better World”, along with the joint statement issued by the married couple, which states that veganism allowed for them to see “health as the truth”, and not just as a short-term diet.
For Beyonce herself, going vegan has allowed her to gain more energy to perform and kill it on stage, as shown when she blew everyone away with her last performance at Coachella. In addition to that, being vegan has helped to improve her metabolism, to ensure that the weight stays off. Lastly, the Queen Bee says she has noticed tightening and firming of the skin, which leaves it looking flawless. With Coachella around the corner trying out a vegan diet could help you be as flawless as Beyonce.
